Shipping Information
Thank you for your order. We ship most orders via US Postal Service unless they are over 5 lbs. Then we will use FedEx Ground or United Parcel Service. It is important for you to provide a physical address (not a PO Box) for delivery purposes. Your shipping charges will be calculated automatically during checkout.
It is our policy to give excellent customer service and most orders are shipped within 48 hours. If we are back ordered on a product, we will let you know when to expect it via email. We are located on the West Coast so it may take up to five business days for your order to arrive!
